12 Producing Electronic Super-fine Silicon Powder by Drying Surface Technology

Background And Meaning of This Project

       Because of the capacities of super-fine powder, such as being easy to cohere, difficult to divide, mix, and combine with other organic materials, ect, it brings great difficulty in mixing, dividing, and packing. And sometimes, its advantages may lose, do that the excellence of it cannot fully display.

       By improving the surface of silicon powder, the physical and chemical capacities of the powder are strengthened, and the abilities of combination and dispersion are improved. After proper improvement, the value and fields in which it can be used are greatly promoted. It can be widely used in many fields such as chemical industry, material industry, military industry, space flight, electronic industry and daily chemicals.

       This project is the key project of our province’s science and technology. It is to produce super-fine silicon powder by drying the surface, and to industrialize it.

Market Forecast

       As the rapid development of China’s economy and the growth of kinds of industries, the demand for super-fine silicon powder is becoming bigger and bigger. In some fields, the demand for it increases by 10% every year. And the current demand for it is over 5000ton every year. Therefore, this project has a good future.

Investment Budget, Scale, and the Construction Period

       The budget of this project is 18 million RMB, which will be used for workshop construction, equipment purchase and technology research.

       It will take 18 months to construct. After that, the yearly output of super-pure quartz grit will be 9000ton.

Economic Profit

       This project will realize the gross sale of 23.4million RMB, with the tax of 6.8million RMB.
