Compared with china, heat slice, quartz, and petrol heaters, it can save as much energy as 2/3.So it can replace the traditional heaters to be applied on different occasions drying air, heating air, liquidizing air, heating paint, heating liquid, heat models and so on. It can greatly save energy, cut off the cost, and promote economic profits.

Market Forecast

       The carbon fiber of this project is made by high pressure, overcoming the disadvantages of electronic heating film, electricity- conductive surface, and carbon powder, such as being easy to break and fall, and so on. Carbon fiber and long infrared ray heating pipe is a kind of effective and energy-saving device, which is widely used in medical occasions, daily life, industry, so it has a big market and a bright future.

Investment Budget, Scale, and the Construction Period

       The budget of this project is 15 million RMB, which will be used for workshop construction, equipment purchase and technology research.

       It will take 16 months to construct. After that, the yearly output of carbon fiber and long infrared ray heating pipe will be 5million.

Economic Profit

       This project will realize the gross sale of 150million RMB, with the tax of 50million RMB.
