Surface Applied to Mobile Phones 1.
Background and Significance of the Project As
a key production item of new type of electronic elements, sticking
frequency components on the surface has become the foundation of
mainstream of today’s development of electronic elements and renewal of
electronic productions over the world, whose applied extend indicates the
level of electron industry of one nation. At
present, the sticking frequency components of quartz crystal on the
surface, applied to the terminal of mobile communication such as mobile
phones, all depend on imports. So, implementing this project can not only
hasten progress of technology of national piezoelectric crystal industry
and improve the industrial level, but also replace imports and export to
create foreign exchanges. 2.
Market Analysis The
annual output of mobile phones made in China is 120 million -130 million.
On the basis that each mobile phone has one frequency component of surface
sticking quartz crystal, national requirement for products can reach 120
million – 130 million. Even according to the request that 30% of the
total should be made in China, the requirement can still reach 36,000,000
set. Therefore, this project has a vast potential market. 3.
Assessment of Project Investments, Scale and Period of Project
Constructions The
total investment of the project reaches 33,000,000 yuan, in which there is
22,000,000 yuan capital asserts and 11,000,000 yuan flowing funds as
foundations. The
production scale can reach 4,800,000 SMD-XTAL, 240,000 SMD-TCXO every year
after the completion of the project. 4.
Analysis of Economic Benefits The
estimated sales of the project can reach 38,000,000 yuan per year, and its
profit tax can reach 6,000,000 yuan per year. 5.
Cooperation Methods The
structure of project can include joint venture, cooperation, and
foreign-owned enterprises.
