1.Backgound and Importance of the Project

In the last decade of 20^th century, a complete new knowledge –the technology of Nami came into being. The novelty and unique thought in this knowledge as well as the coming out of its first production made a great impact on fields of science and technology, military and industry, thus attracted the high attention around the world. When meeting the experts who came to the “International Summit of Nami Materials”in July, 2001, Jiang Zemin, the chairman of our country pointed that: Developing Nami material and technique of its application has strategic significance to the construction of hi-tech and national economy. Just as hi-tech space flight, the development of Nami material will exert a great influence to social progress, economic development and the improvement of country security and people’s  life.

2.Analysis of the Market

In recent years, with the rapid development in hi-tech fields like aviation and space flight, war industry, electronics and material technology, the demand for Nami china materials is increasing terrifically with a very brilliant future in market.

3. Investment Assessment, scope and duration of the construction

Total investment of this project is 36.8 million yuan, among which investment for fixed assert is 30.8 million yuan, circulating fond is 6 million yuan.

The scope of the first period of this construction is a project to produce 100 ton Nami china powdery material per year, with construction duration of 1 year.

4 Analysis of the profit

It is forecasted that the sails revenue per year is 120 million yuan with a interest and tax of 51.6 million yuan.

5 Means of Cooperation

 The project can be completed by means of joint venture, cooperation of Chinese and foreign enterprise as well as foreign investment only.
