37. The Industrialization Project of Producing 4 Million Film-plate Environment-friendly Energy-saving Lamps

1.    Background and Significance of the Project

Halid lamps and iodine tungsten lamps made of quartz pipes have qualities of small bulk, various specs and shapes, high power, high lighting, long life span, flexibility of places used, however, using lamps made of quartz pipes, people still endure ultraviolet radiation and infrared ray, which produces some damage to health. In order to reduce the radiation, our company cooperated with the electric lighting institution of Fudan University to develop the project of energy-saving, environment-friendly lighting.

Film-plate environment-friendly energy-saving lamps, can protect effectively from the radiation of ultraviolet and infrared ray, meanwhile set off rays like those of the run to protect our eyes.

2.    Market Analysis

At present, the demand from home and baroad for halid lamps and iodine tungsten lamps is about 500 million, with an increase of 20% per year. Among those, environment-friendly ones are less than 0.5%. Hence, the development possibility of film-plate environment-friendly lamps is huge. With the development of automobile industry, lamps for automobiles are very competitive in and our of China. The quality of our product has already reached the international standard, and can be exported to earn more foreign exchange.

3.    Investment Assessment of the Project, Scope and duration of the construction.

Total investment to the project is 20 million yuan, which is mainly spent on workshop construction, equipments purchasing and technology development and so on.

Duration of the construction is 13 months, after which producing capability of 40million film-plate environment-friendly energy-saving lamps can be achieved.

4. Analysis of the Profit

It is forecasted that the sails revenue per year is 70 million yuan with a interest and tax of 25 million yuan.

5.Means of Cooperation

The project can be completed by means of joint venture, cooperation of Chinese and foreign enterprise as well as foreign investment only.
