1.    Background and Significance of the Project

Along with the development of science and technology and the expansion of the application and research scale of quartz glass, semiconductor light catalyzing reducing water pollutant, as a new method, is wildly researched and applied in the world recently. In these years, our country in the light catalyzing reducing water pollutant field, the research of light catalyzing reactor, which has the fixation technology as a core, is being paid more and more attention, and the research of light catalyzing reactor which is based on the development of large scale surface ultraviolet lamps has been put on great hope. Especially to the key techniques-the development and research of quartz tubes for large scale surface ultraviolet lamps, breakthrough in practical application is waited.

2.    Market Analysis

Products of this project has qualities of high precision, high permeate rate of ultraviolet radiation, strong chemical cauterization resistance, sudden cold and sudden heat resistance, besides it is used in quartz glass tubes developed for light catalyzing reducing water pollutant and large scale surface ultraviolet lamps, which is the pioneer in the environment-friendly field in our country. The products can completely replace the import, and will fill in the gap of the producing of quartz glass tube of such kind in our country. According to the market survey, currently the domestic market needs such products urgently, and the international demand is also huge. Hence, it can be forecasted the market volume and promotion future is very broad.

3 Investment Assessment of the Project, Scope and Duration of the Construction

Total investment is 12 million yuan, including 9.5 million yuan for fixed asset, and 2.5 million yuan for circulating fond.

Duration of the construction is 12 months, after which a producing capability of 150 ton quartz glass tubes for light catalyzing reducing pollutant and large scale surface ultraviolet lamps will be achieved.

4. Analysis of the Profit         

It is forecasted that the sails revenue per year is 21 million yuan with a

interest and tax of 5.43 million yuan.
